What We Do

Six kinds of work, one starting point: the process your team already runs. We build it, hand it over in full, and stay on to look after it.

Our services

Custom software

Software built specifically for your business, rather than adapted from a product made for someone else.

Mobile and field apps

Apps for staff working away from a desk, on phones and tablets, that keep working without a network.

System replacement

Moving your business off spreadsheets and ageing systems, without interrupting day-to-day operations.

Reports and dashboards

Current information on how the business is performing, including the returns your regulator requires.

Support and maintenance

Ongoing care after launch under an agreed response time, with fixes, improvements, and team training.

How We Work

Five stages, each ending in your hands

Every stage closes on a gate you can hold us to. Nothing moves forward until the one before it is signed off.

Discovery

01

Discovery

Paid. We sit with the people who run the process and map it as it actually works, not as the org chart says it works.

We specify what the software does, screen by screen, and agree how we will know it is finished.

Build

Build

Code lands in your repository from the first commit. You see working software every two weeks, not status reports.

Integrations

Apps we use, and apps we connect you to

Your new system talks to the tools you already pay for (accounting, payments, storage, messaging and the databases underneath) so nothing is keyed in twice.

FAQs

Questions we get before the first meeting

Who owns the software you build for us?

You do. The source code, the schema and the data are yours, stated in the contract before work starts. There is no licence held over you and no fee to keep using what you paid for.

How long until we are running on it?

A first working release is typically 8 to 12 weeks. You see it every fortnight from week two, on your own data, so nothing about the final system is a surprise.

Why Claris FileMaker and not a custom stack?

Because it gets a working system in front of your team faster, and it stays changeable afterwards. Where a process needs something else (a web front end, an integration, a reporting layer) we build that alongside it.

What happens after handover?

You get the files, the documentation and training for your own people. Support is a plan you choose, not a dependency we design in, and we train other teams to work on Claris systems, including yours.

How is a project priced?

Fixed scope, fixed price, in stages. You approve each stage before the next one starts, so the number you agree at the beginning is the number you pay.
